Hello creative ones,

I invite you to join me in the new wholehART studio in Kyneton for a nourishing day of deep listening, playful creation and shedding of the old. Together we shall co-create a safe, judgment-free space in which we may all dip our brushes into a felt sense of fluidity, openess and embodiment.

The day will unfold through awareness, ceremony and movement to wake up our bodies, followed by a lengthy immersion of painting freedom in the studio.

We shall share a healthy pot-luck lunch together and complete the day with a critic–free show, inviting you to share your creative process.

cost $160

Saturday July 25 10am-5pm.

All materials, tea and filtered water will be provided. 

Please bring along a plate of wholesome food to share with the group.

Group limited to six participants.
